Our two chefs, Emmanuel Ollivier and Lionel Pimenta, will be serving up a variety of seasonal dishes at the competition restaurant: sweet and savory crêpes and a range of salads and sandwiches.
Two food trucks will also be on hand all day. They will offer a choice between freshly made hamburgers and Asian food cooked in front of you.
